Sophie says Adele deserves her nomination and will be evicted this week.
Last week's evictee says Adele is purposefully manipulating people, while Jade doesn't really know what she's doing.
Adele, Jade, Kate and Jonny are all up for eviction on Friday.
Sophie told Big Brother's Little Brother she was glad Adele had been nominated, but felt sorry for Jade.
She said: "I think Adele's got what she deserves but I'm not sure about Jade because she doesn't realise what she's doing.
"Adele knows how to manipulate people. I think Adele will be going on Friday.
"I feel sorry for Jade because I know she'll get a hard time when he gets out. She's going to need her friends 100 per cent when she gets out."
