When ex BB housemate Makosi was pulled over by Surrey police on the M25 because she wasn't wearing a seatbelt, she didn't know she would end up in Stains police station for hours on end while immigration officials checked if there are any irregularities with her work visa.
If Makosi is found to be in breach of the terms of her work visa, she could face deportation.
