Big Brother's psychologist says PJ is wary of Adele because she's 'playing the game better than him'.
Dr Sandra Scott also says Adele's relationship with Jade has been bugging PJ.
But she says PJ has "conveniently forgotten his own two-faced behaviour with the Bermondsey girl".
She also thinks Alex's hygiene obsession is mostly fuelled by stress.
Sandra Scott said: "PJ is very aware of the game and, more obviously than most, wants to win. More than this, however, I think it is Adele's relationship with Jade that really bugs PJ.
"He thinks it is false and Adele is being two-faced. He has a point, but he conveniently forgets his own two-faced behaviour with Jade, and that he is no position to take the moral high ground."
The psychologist thinks Alex is probably not as house-proud as he suggested in the first few weeks.
She said: "The more excessive stuff is anxiety driven. Notice how much this behaviour has decreased since his recent popularity and romance.
"The level of hygiene we are seeing now is probably pretty close to the "real" Alex."
