Jonny has admitted to Kate he's not been acting himself in the Big Brother house.
He says he has had to restrain his anger with other housemates, in order to stay in the house for as long as possible.
And the firefighter admits to times when he would have liked to have punched Sandy and Alex.
In a late-night chat with Kate, Jonny said: "If I'd been 100% myself in here - not that I'm a bad person - but that third week I'd have been out.
"There are things about your personality that you hold back in here because you've got to, because you know there's millions of people out there watching you.
"The night when Sandy said to Alison about her eviction 'At least the public knows the truth', I wanted to just dive over the lads and just jump on top of him. Honestly, I was fuming."
Jonny goes on to say that Alex would not have got such an easy ride from him if they'd had their 'weegate' row outside of the house.
Pointing to his knuckles, he said: "What I would have normally done is dug them f*****g hard on the chest and started screaming at them and if they wanted to fight I'd just stick the f*****g nut in. But you stick the nut in, in here, you get thrown out. If the public had seen that - 'Nutcase. Out'."
Earlier, he warned: In here for the past seven weeks I've just sat back and let everybody else do their thing. It's now seven weeks, f**k it, it's about time I started."
