Alex says being given an accordion is the best thing that has happened to him since entering the Big Brother house.
The Essex model has played the instrument almost continually since the housemates were given their seaside mini-task.
He says he is planning to play some German folk songs for their performance on Wednesday.
He added that the other housemates weren't allowed a go, saying: "This is like my baby and I'm not letting anyone play with my baby."
The housemates have started playing drinking games to "get them in the mood" to practise their respective tasks.
They have two days to master plate spinning, accordion solo, a magic act or ventriloquism.
Kate says she thought she heard someone shout "Alex, you're fit" over the garden fence.
Alex said: "It's that accordian. I'm going to take it everywhere when I get out."
