THE creative brain behind Deal Or No Deal and Big Brother producer Endemol is about to scoop his own giant reality-show prize.
Tim Hincks, the chief creative officer of Endemol UK, is in negotiations with the company’s new private-equity owners over a five-year deal that could earn him up to £15m.
He has been earmarked as a key executive by boss Aat Schou-wenaar, who believes the UK will be one of the group’s main growth drivers in the next few years.
Hincks, who was linked with the ITV production job that went to Dawn Airey, will also be given international responsibilities, filling a void left by chief creative officer
Peter Bazalgette, who is leaving.
