I was just wondering who's workout video you would consider buying? Does anybody know if Adele or anyone else is making or has made one?

My sister has the Helen one.I haven't seen it but she said it's really good.....she says things like ''if you can't do that just wave your arms about!'

Sounds like fun..I must give it a go sometime!

There is an article in the Sun online today about Jade and Kate going head to head and both releasing their videos on the same day - Boxing Day. Jade certainly looks good in the pic after losing weight. For story, see It's Jade vs Kate on video

Anybody who wishes to pre-order Kates workout video, can do so HERE. It costs £11.69 (10% off) and is due to be released on 26 December, 2002.

and Jades can be pre-ordered HERE. It costs £10.39 (20% off) and is due to be released on 30 December, 2002.
