The closing date for applications is Friday 17th January 2002 and you need to send in the forms with a recent photograph and a one to two minute video on VHS. Your completed application form, photograph and VHS should be sent to:-

You will need to write the most convenient location for you to attend an audition (from the list given) on the top left hand corner of your envelope.
