Kate has been asking Jade for advice on whether to confront Alex about his hostility.

She says she wants to take him to one side and ask him what she has done to upset him.

The girls admitted that there had been some animosity between them when they first entered the house but now they get on well.

Jade said she had only formed a proper friendship with Kate in the last couple of days because Kate had been giving her the "brush-off".

But Kate told Jade that despite them both having loud personalities, she had never had any hard feelings towards her.

She said the only person she had a problem with was Alex.

She said "I get on with everyone. The only person I've got an issue with in this house is Alex. As far as I'm concerned I have been pretty nice him."

Earlier Kate, who exercised by running up and down the staircase, said: "What we perceive in here is probably totally different to what the public think. They're not here so they don't see the whole thing.

Jade still thinks there is still tension between her and Johnny after last night's arguments.
