If I'm honest I'll probably be in the same situation but older with a newer car and a hi-tech security system in my house.
But I hope to be living abroad and out of this crap country and my kids be in good jobs/education.

Slightly worrying, but not that surprising, that a one-word reply came to me when I saw this question.

But maybe I'm wrong, and will be alive in ten years' time.

If so, I'll be in my mid-fifties. Haven't a clue what life would be like. If I am in good health, and feeling content, and have seen my daughters grow up to be happy people, that'd be plenty.

Edit: Been thinking about this....(thought provoking thread, indeed...) I suppose I'd like to be doing something worthwhile, making some sort of difference, and not giving a damn about what people think of me

where do you see yourself in ten years?
If the bird flu doesn't get me I hope to be in good health living closer to my family in a warmer climate and still in touch with you sad lot on BBfans....

Texan bars reappearing in shops

Ginger McCain training another National winner

Tony Christie having the biggest-selling single of 2005, and Leo Sayer being no.1 this week

Wigan Athletic playing in the Premiership, and Nottm Forest playing third-flight football
