With Manaul tuning I have

Ch 10C - Arqiva T&D - Test transmissions
Ch 11B - Drg London
Ch 11C - Now Cambridge
Ch 11D - Digital 1 Network
Ch 12A - Switch London
Ch 12B - BBC National
Ch 12C - CE London
Ch 12D - Now Peterborough

Looking on the website above it looks like those countries that use Band 3 in Western Europe are using the same channels as the UK.
But France and Germany use Band L more than Band III. Band L is around 1400MHz and a lot of the receivers don't have Band L which if you only going to use it in the UK isn't a problem.

It was asked what happened when to multiplexes where on the same frequency.

Well to night we have some tropo where signals are travelling further than normal.

'Now Reading' has replaced 'Now Peterborough' on channel 12D adding another 5 channels bringing the total to 85.

Checking Band 3 with the DAB aerial connected to the TV I have 3 French TV signals.

So far apart from some of the signals becoming noisy it looks like they just switch over depending on which is the strongest.

It'll be interesting to see what happens as the evening goes on. Most of the near European multiplexes are occupied by UK signals though as most are 50 miles or more away they could be replaced by more distant ones.

On channel 11C 'Now Cambridge' was replaced by 'Now Swindon' for a while. Bringing the channel count to 93 !

The London multiplexes have come back and the Reading signals are still there.
