Between my exams today I was making Valentines cards with the children from the school I help at (trying to keep my mind off exams :-?

) and they were very sweet about it all. They're so funny, can't really go into it here but bless their hearts ::lol::

A long time ago, when I was young and foolhardy, a friend of mine had a particularly brutish (when I say brutish, I mean handy with fists) ex who quite fancied himself. He was a bus driver and prided himself on his ability to charm the 15 year old school girls that would get on his bus. He lived with a particularly geeky lad, who he treated as a comedy sidekick and would just have around to take the piss out of and make himself look better.

We decided as it was Valentines day we would teach him a lesson in human kindness. We bought and wrote 55 valentines cards to his geeky mate. (Dont ask me why 55, it was just how it ended up.) We also bought one sympathy card and wrote it to him. Posted them all the day before, apparently the look on his face when the post was delivered was priceless.

Last year I got a Valentines card saying "To the Dog on Valentines Day" (and I don't even HAVE a dog) and one year I got a Valentine from a multinational food conglomerate who had a new yogurt out.
