well start out slowly ..... dont go for the full one "100% GTP" photo ... cos too much beauty can kill you.
go for a GTPQ (q=quarter) and work your way up, that way your eyes can adjust to the handsome levels at your own pace.

just dont try and repress the jealousy , just let it out .. keeping it bottled up like that is whats causing your tummy pain .... dont worry , its a common condition in the presence of GTP
