Bought myself my present a few hours ago - my flights to Belfast. That'll give me something to look forward to, cos January is so crap usually.

I got a towel that says "pyrstö", which basically means "arse". What does that say about me? To be honest, I got loads of lovely gifts. The towel is one of them, it was very thoughtful of my mum for reasons I don't care to explain ::lol::

I got a wollen shaal from my dad, the towel, a book and a handmade tablecloth from my mum, Robbie's Feel and a gorgeous purse that she had made herself from my sister, a bracelet and a celebrity boardgame from my other sister (the perfect gift for a person that reads gossip magazines like mad  I've won every single game except for the one that my bigsister won when I was tipsy and out of focus   ), some mittens that my granny had nit (bless her, I love her) and a golden bracelet from my husband.

I also got a beautiful parcel from England! When I opened it a bunch of little stars flew all over the place and it looked gorgeous! The inside of it was just as beautiful as the outside, thank you so much milly hon

All in all I'm soooo pleased with my gifts! They were all very well thought of and I love them all!

hiya... I think I could build a mountain with all the chocolate in my living room at the moment....yum!
Highlight of my Christmas presents was getting a calendar from a mate of mine which basically has funny pics all through it of different people from our group of close friends, so i can look at it and smile every month! it's lovely!
also bottles of wine; candles; a book called 1000 Places to Visit Before You Die :-? ::lol:: , Whittards coffee, a funky china Beetle (goes with the car ;) ), a foot massager and lots of other good stuff.
Feel quite spoilt, actually.

Actually the best thing about CHristmas Day was just spending some time with my family (esp my second cousin who is having chemo at the moment) and it was just lovely to have a meal, (even play a game in the afternoon) and no stress or arguments (which have been a feature of past Christmases). So thanks for that too....

Do you know something, between Christmas and my birthday I'm unsure if there are actually any pink items left in the shops

3 pink purses
4 pink tops
pink passport cover
pink umbrella with wee dogs on it
pink bracelet
pink heart necklace thing
pink CD/DVD case
pink manicure set thing
pink sparkly wash bag
pink sparkly handbag
pink wash bag with butterflies
pink socks
pink beret (was a joke!)
pink toothbrush
pink candle
pink nightshirt thing (which I should probably take back as I only wear jammies with tops and breeks)
pink pencil case
17 pink balloons (TBH have likely forgotten some stuff too  )

   My family and friends know me too well! I'm very lucky indeed.

Well it wasn't so much a joke as a play on my obsessions with pink and the French language! I do like it though.

I kinda forgot my main present which was a phone with a pink cover  Also, pink glasses case and camera case - knew I'd forgotten some. My family is far too big.

I just heard I'll be getting a Jamie Cullum album as a late christmas present! I'm so excited, I've wanted his album for like two years now, but I've kind of always left it since I don't really by cd's myself. I've said it propably a hundred times out loud; "I'd love to have his album", "Oh, I'll have to buy his album some time" and so on so that my family would catch the drift allready and buy it for me ::lol:: Now my sister has ordered it and I'm thrilled :) :) :) :)

(I know I know. A normal person would've just bought the cd...)
