Confused Annie! (hi Annie ) I couldn't seem to make it work at all! I typed 'A' and I hit 'play' and everything! I took a typing test when I went to a new employment agency recently and got almost 70 wpm (yes I know it's sad to be excited about that but I got a job out of it so that's something! )

Did I do something wrong do you think? I couldn't make it work... I really wanted to see what my typing speed was when I wasn't nervous about taking a test...

Very slow indeed these days. If you're typing all day every day, it's easy to get your speed up. I used to know a school secretary who could type 120wpm and was given a special pay rate because she was so quick. I wish I'd learned the numbers in touch typing, I have to stop and look for them.

Now the keyboard is on the desk rather than my lap I've got 5.813.
Don't think I can get the fingers going any quicker.
Time to give up.

click on play, then the "A" comes up, as soon as youve clicked on "A" you have to just carry on typing the letters of the whole alphabet, once youve completed the alphabet a time comes up and if you want to play it again, just click on tab (I have probs confused you even more now with that explanation, gawd I can ramble .... have another go, and good luck girl!)

I have to use my nose being fingerless....

I can't get below 9 no matter what I do. I type fairly fast though, so I don't know why it's so freaking hard for me to type the alphabets in order...

I have never taken any typing lessons (neither at school) and that's one thing that I've always regretted (I studied Germany and marketing instead of typing) - but it seems that there are nowadays new courses (people have asked for them) to join to learn to type correctly with ten fingers. My best was at this time 5.297 I can't understand how someone could get the game through less than two seconds!
