Is anyone else doing Race for Life this year? I did it a couple of years ago, but am going to do it again this time.. I need something to aim for :D

I'm doing it too.

I was quite intent on actually training for it, and getting a good time under my belt. However, I then started working full time, and so that's completely gone out the window! I'll be lucky to finish under an hour at this rate ::lol::

The majority of people I know who do it walk it. It doesn't matter if you hop it, skip it or crawl it. It's the money you raise for a great cause :D

My daughter walked it last year HD. well she sort of half walked and half ran. I will join the team this year but think I will mainly walk as I couldnt run a bath :oops:

My daughter and I did the Race for Life today. She finished in 28 minutes and I did it in 29. She jogged on the spot several times whilst waiting for me, til near the end when she shot off, just so she could say she finished before me. We raised £580 for Cancer Research. :D
