Hello Darlings,

Have you missed me?

No, didnt think so ;)

All well here, Jessica was born June 29th weighing 8lb 7oz and is doing great.

Hope you are all well and enjoying throwing things at the telly on a regular basis.

I'll be around on and off, I'm a one woman nutritional supply base at the moment so its going to be sporadic for a while, but just wanted to let you know that everything went ok (despite some minor birth based difficulties on my part) and that we are fine.
