The last of the eight gerbils has just gone to Rodent Heaven.

Born on 13 May 2003, Pinky lived through 4 Big Brothers.

I am therefore no longer a gerbil granny. :-?

Good memories of a happy, innocent time, though. As I said to Ray (i.e. the hunk who almost won BB4), when I look at him, I can't help but think 'gerbils'. ::lol::

Let's say the cat is enjoying being able to go into the sitting room, after three and a half years of being excluded.

Daughter only started out with the two gerbils - the additional six were an added 'bonus'. I've cleaned a lot of cages in the past few years. :roll:
