The original thread has gone but if you saw it I was trying to network my Epson CX6600 all-in-one printer/scanner etc.
A nice person at Epson Emailed me make to say that you need to activate the 'Monitor Shared Printers' option on both PCs before it'll spool properly. What's more it well hidden.
Select Printer Preferences
Select Maintenance
Select Speed & Progress
Then at the bottom of the window you'll see 'Allow Monitoring of Shared Printers.
You check this option and click OK then click OK again.
And it works
Without it activated you can send a document to the Shared Printer but it'll never print plus the Printer monitor software reports a Communication error after about 2 minutes.
Don't know why the original thread was removed but this might be useful to someone don't a similar thing with another Epson Pinter.
