We've been guzumped on the house we were gonna buy some b@stard has taken it out from under our noses!!

My mum says things happen for a reason and something better will come along, but where are we gonna find another one with 2.5 acres thats affordable?????????!!!!!!!! We're considering going higher but the estate agent said if we do and the others go higher again they will always be preferable cos they've already sold their house and we havent!
