BB FANS

Jumped in the car this morning to drive to work and it felt like it was chained to the ground! Nearside back wheel didn't want to go anywhere After a bit of too-ing and fro-ing it did go 20 feet but wanted to get it checked out as I drive 80 miles a day. Got garage appointment at 2.15 so went back to bed Anyway at 1.55 I went to take it to the garage... did it again! Nice neighbour numer 1 came out and took the wheel off, hit it with a hammer but it didn't help. So what now? Had to upgrade to AA Homestart Nice man came and towed it to the garage telling me it's the brake shoes due to all the water on the ground at the moment. At that point I realised there was stuff I needed and I had no way of getting to the shops. Nice neighbour number 2 took me to the local village and insists on taking me to get my car at lunchtime tomorrow.

Bright side: nice neighbours, another day off work tomorrow and nice new brake shoes.

Oh dear!

Well at least it didn't happen over christmas when everything is closed.
So we must always look on the bright side of things.
