I'm trying to do one too !!!

If you go to http://www2.fortunecity.co.uk you may find ome help.

Here the hosting is free and you can register domain nmaes but they also give you links to tutorials.

I have got the basics done of mine but it isn't accessable yet.

This mite be a bit late cos I havent been here for AGES...
Cer when you see a website you like the look of <right click> anywhere on the screen away from graphics etc and go to <view source> you can read the code of a site and get tips on how to do certain things in HTML....ALSO if right click doesnt work goto <VIEW> on the menu at the top and select source that way instead!!
