get up at around 10, have a big fry-up, consider going for a 3 mile run, opt out and go for an 8 mile bike ride instead ;)

OR get woken up at about 7.30, stay nice and warm in bed whilst other people are out for a 25 min run, get up have a warm shower, go downstairs cook huge fry up. Feed yourself and the mad bloke who went for a 3 mile run, take advantage of his adrenaline ;)
