A model whose looks wowed millions in a Cadbury's Flake advert in the 1980s has died of cancer, aged 52.

Marilyn Crossey, from Shropshire, shot to stardom in 1985 when she starred in one of the famous TV commercials.

She played the role of a country girl as she walked through a field of sunflowers while biting into the chocolate bar.
