<img src="http://www.bbfans.com/images/PJ11.JPG" align="left">After our interview with Ray the other week, thanks again to nicki, BBFans are able to bring you yet another exclusive interview - this time, with Big Brother 3 contestant PJ Ellis.

A huge thank you to PJ for giving up his time to answer our questions, and for all the effort he went to.

BBFans: Right then PJ, it's been over a year since you left the Big Brother house - what have you been up to since then?

PJ: I have been doing absolutely loads of things and am still real busy. I never thought that Big Brother would allow me this fantastic opportunity, but I'm welcoming it with open arms!! I've been doing loads of photo shoots for OK, Heat, Company magazine, and I was even offered the chance to pose for a gay magazine, which I wanted to do but was away on holiday.
I've been doing loads of PA's with my main man Spence, had a radio show for a while with Spenny, done Celeb 5 Go Dating, raced sports cars, opened stores and shops, promoted my own nights, did a little 'presenting' on MTV, .....not to mention all the celeb parties......its been absolutely mental...but I wouldn't change it for the world!! I made some brilliant friends from the house and from other areas in my life and have made a good bit of money to buy me things I only dreamt of before!!!

BBFans: Are you still doing public appearances, and would you ever consider doing something like panto?!

PJ: I've been offered more PA's but I'm not sure whether I want to do them. The money is fantastic, but I want to start concentrating on doing something with more longevity. Panto was suggested to Spen and I this year from our agent, however I'm also not keen on that just yet, but I'd love to do it eventually cos it seems such a laugh. My girlfriend Hayley is an actress and does panto, and she tells me how much fun it is....and good excercise!!!!! Perhaps Spen and I could be Tweedle Dee and Tweedle Dum!!!

BBFans: What's the most positive aspect about your post-Big Brother life?

PJ: The most positive thing about my BB experience is the friendships I've formed. I've made new friends in Spen, Kate, Alison, Jade, Tim and Jonny and met other fantastic people in Brum. Another positive thing is the money. It sounds materialistic, but I drive the Lotus that I've always wanted, and have a nice flat.

BBFans: What about the most negative aspect?

PJ: The most negative thing (if there is one) is probably that I have delayed my law career cos I was just so busy. I just couldn't have put 100% into my career, so I'm going to put that on hold for a while. I must say though, that I've only had positive experiences come from BB...I was voted one of the 50 most eligible batchelors in Company magazine, which was really flattering.

BBFans: What words of wisdom would you give to anyone wanting to apply to Big Brother 5?

PJ: Anyone wanting to apply to Big Brother 5 should ask themselves whether they are willing to be put under an intense spotlight for up to 10 weeks and more!!! If they feel that they are strong enough to deal with press etc, whether it be good or bad, then they should go for it. And BE YOURSELF!! Why try and be someone different and get booed for it?!!

BBFans: In your application video for Big Brother, you said that you'd bet £10 with a mate that you could snog a celebrity - does your mate owe you £10 yet?!

PJ: No comment on whether my friend owes me a tenner!! Maybe.....Maybe not!!! Next question darling..........

BBFans: Hmmm!!! Do you still get recognized by people when you're out and about?

PJ: I always get recognised which can be a good thing and bad. Sometimes when you want a bit of privacy it can be a little annoying, but everyone has been soooo nice and its good to chat to them. We must remember that it wasn't just my experience, millions of others feel like they shared it with me, so it doesn't hurt to give them 5 mins of your time.

BBFans: You were at Lee and Sophie's wedding in August - did you have a good time?

PJ: The wedding was great. I got to meet some of the stars of the recent Big Brother, and those of old! The bride looked beautiful, and a good time was had by all!!!

BBFans: Do you still see other housemates regularly? Are the old feuds between certain housemates still continuing do you know?!

PJ: I still see Spen, Jonny, Kate and Alison regularly. I'm in contact with Jade and Tim, but hardly see them. The fueds aren't as bad as people make out and we shouldn't believe everything we read!! Kate actually loves Jade and they are BEST mates....or have I got that wrong??!!

BBFans: Spencer's been filming his fishing show recently - are you planning on watching it?

PJ: Course I'm gonna watch my beautiful pikie mate's fishing show! I'm so happy for him, 'cos he really wanted it!! If I'm lucky, he's gonna let me put the bait on his hook for him!!

BBFans: We regularly see Jade in the gossip magazines - are you surprised the media still show such an interest in her?

PJ: I'm not surprised at all that the media love Jade. She's perfect gossip material. Loads of people love her, and loads hate her, so she is brilliant cannon fodder for the gossip columns and tabloids. I love her loads by the way, and think bad of those that hate her...she is a fantastic woman, a brilliant Mom and a good friend.

BBFans: You had your say about Big Brother 4 on Freeserve - did you end up watching quite a bit of it?

PJ: I had to watch as much of Big Brother 4 as possible. I wasn't much of a Big Brother fan before I went into the house, and wasn't that impressed with BB4, but the money Freeserve paid us was all worth it!! I liked Anouska and Ray, and I'm good mates with both of them now!!

BBFans: Do you think Cameron was a deserving winner? Who did you want to win?

PJ: I never thought that someone like Cameron could win BB, but fair play to him. He seemed a nice man, and it just proves that you don't have to be amazingly funny to win the show, and that sometimes good morals etc is the winner. My favourite though was Ray, and I really wanted him to win. I think Ray would have enjoyed it more in our house.

BBFans: Who from the other series' of Big Brother have you met up with?

PJ: I've met Craig, Nick, Mel and Darren from BB1; Narinder, Stuart, Brian, Helen, Penny, Bubble, from BB2 and Ray, Anouska, Fed, Jon, Sissy, Justine and Lisa from BB4. And obviously all of the buggers from BB3!!!

BBFans: Would you have preferred to have been in any of the other series', or were you glad you were amongst the BB3 housemates?

PJ: I loved my experience and the housemates in my house, and wouldn't change them for the world. Actually, coming to think of it, I'd swap Ray for Lynne, and Anouska for Adele!!

BBFans: And finally, what are your plans for the future?

PJ: Plans for the future........ I've just done a screen test for a presenting job, so fingers crossed. I'm really busy at the moment promoting club nights and also trying to sort out a radio slot...really want to have a radio show. More importantly though, I'm just going to continue to have the time of my life!!!

Thanks again to PJ - and good luck with everything! You're a fantastic bloke, and we wish you all the best.

Thanks also to Kim, for helping to arrange the interview and to nicki for conducting the interview.
