GORMLESS Big Brother star Jade Goody let a pet budgie fly out of her window - just 20 MINUTES after she'd been given it.
Boyfriend Jack Tweedy, 18, bought Jade the bird at a pet shop to cheer her up after her London Marathon fiasco.
He gave it to her at 1pm - but by 1.20 it was gone after dipstick Jade, 24, let it out of its cage near a window she had left WIDE OPEN.
A source at the store said: "Jack bought the budgie last week. He looked really excited when he left the shop."
But he returned two hours later with the empty cage.
The source revealed: "He said Jade was thrilled and talked to it for a few minutes through the bars.
