Jade Goody is buying a mansion in the countryside.

The 25-year-old TV star - who recently claimed she had spent all the millions she has earned off the back of her 'Big Brother' fame - has put in an offer of over £1 million for the new home and it has been accepted.

Jade revealed to Now magazine: "I'm loving the new house I'm buying. It's got heated flooring, amazing views and a lovely pond."

The mother-of-two only bought her current £500,000 three-bedroom town house a year ago.

Jade is yet to reveal the location of the new house as she is still waiting to exchange contracts, but it is believed to be in Essex.

Meanwhile, Jade is launching a new reality TV show to find a personal assistant.

The brunette needs a PA to help her sort through her £8,000 worth of parking fines.

She recently said: "My assistant will get a bloody good salary. I had to find someone to help me. They will probably take my car off me if I don't pay."

JADE Goody's prospective new Berden neighbours have promised her a warm reception - provided she doesn't bother the sheep.

The Big Brother 3 star has reportedly shelled out £1.3m for a property thought to be Potash Barn, a five bedroom barn conversion located at the end of a private road, about halfway between Berden and Manuden.

When the Observer visited neighbours on Monday to break the news, one admitted he was worried about Jade's tabloid reputation as a fiery-tempered party girl and the prospect of his presently tranquil road being invaded by paparazzi.

"I look after the animals here," he said. "And I would get pretty cheesed off if people came down and started spooking the animals."

However, he stressed he would not be pre-judging the woman voted fourth worst Briton in a 2003 poll, but added: "She might be all right, but I go by what I read in the papers."

Another neighbour was excited by the prospect of living so close to the reality TV star and said: "She seems like quite a party girl. I'd love an invite to a bash at her place!"

According to a Sunday newspaper, Jade intends to build a go-kart track for her sons, Bobby-Jack, three, and Freddie, two. That idea went down less well with the neighbour, who said she would object to any such plans.

Jade, who is reportedly leaving her current home in Ongar, Essex, because the area is not exciting enough, can look forward to a varied social life. Although Berden has no pub or shop, it does boast a thriving social club in the village hall. Members arrange an annual bonfire night party, croquet games, as well as enjoying a drink and the odd game of darts.

A spokeswoman for estate agents FPD Savills confirmed that the house was under offer, but would not name the purchaser.

Jade's management declined to comment.

Jade welcome, but no big bother
