With all the body weight attention on celebrities, it was great to see that former Big Brother winner Brian Dowling dropped all those extra pounds he had at last month's Meteor Awards. Although, now his head seems to be totally out-of-proportion to his skinny body... Is it offensive if we officially brand him a 'Fat Head'?
