PARTY animal Kate Lawler will be hitting Ibiza again this summer and has given her top tips here.

1. Wear big shades day AND night!

A decent pair of sunnies are an integral part of the Ibiza uniform – perfect to protect your peepers from harmful UV rays and great to hide the inevitable bags you'll have after a night at Pacha.

2. Buy lots of bright swimsuits for Bora Bora.

Bora Bora is the place to be seen during the long, hazy Ibiza afternoons. Make sure you stand out from the crowd with some brightly coloured swimwear – it’s also perfect for setting off your tan!

3. Take an iPod with speakers for when your getting ready for a night out.

MP3 speakers keep getting smaller and smaller and having your entire record collection on hand when you're getting ready is the perfect way to start the night!

4. Go to visit the lost world of Atlantis - an amazing adventure and day out.

Created over 1,000 years ago when rock was quarried to build the fortress walls of Ibiza town, Atlantis is an undiscovered gem. If you’re in a fit enough state to go exploring during the day it’s well worth the effort.

5. Make sure you go to Selinas beach and The Blue Marlin. Two of my favourite places to relax and sunbathe.

Selinas beach is a small, undeveloped cove just 5 km from the hustle and bustle of San Antonio. Turquoise water laps over a 100m strip of pale sand – perfect to detox your soul after a heavy night.

The Blue Marlin is famous among Ibiza lovers for its chilled out feel and beautiful location. Situated in the gorgeous bay of San Jose, The Marlin is the perfect way to start, or end, your night.

6. Eat at Villa Mercedes in San Antonio, the most yummy food in Ibiza.

Villa Mercedes is situated on a small marina front in San Antonio. With its chilled-out beats and candle lit dining room it’s the perfect place to enjoy some of the best grub on the island.

7. Don't pack loads of clothes! You'll spend all day and most nights in your bikini.

While it may be tempting to pack your entire wardrobe for your trip to the White Isle, the soaring temperatures and long, clammy nights will probably ruin them so take our advice and pack as little as possible.

8. Leave valuables in the UK. As much as we love Ibiza the crime and theft last year was higher than ever.

Only pack what you need to. Don’t be tempted to bring things like laptops or expensive jewellery – clearly an accident waiting to happen.

9. Go to the hippie markets if you want gorgeous sarongs/bikinis/bags/accessories at bargain prices.

Ibiza town has some beautiful little markets that are perfect for picking up accessories for chilling at the Bora Bora or Selinas during the day – and dirt cheap too!

10. Go to The Zoo Project at the old Ibiza zoo - an amazing day/new night party taking Ibiza by storm.

The Zoo Project is one of the most up and coming nights on the island. This year’s opening party is on 7th June and should be one to remember.
