A spectacular aerial display with a circus theme will be a highlight of tomorrow's star- studded grand opening of the £500 million Cabot Circus shopping centre.

A cast of 90 performers, mostly from Bristol, will proceed towards the newly revamped Broadmead from the Podium at 11.30am, in a riot of colour and music.

The cinema Showcase De Lux will be opened by three celebrities: 80s singer and X-Factor mentor Sinitta, TV presenter and Big Brother winner Brian Dowling and former Holby City and Hollyoaks actor Jeremy Edwards.
