Bought The Daily Star today(don't know why, out of habit) - The Daily Star Goss girls devote TWO WHOLE pages to CBB5's Danielle Lloyd's birthday party somewhere in Essex.

Bought New! magazine today(don't know why, out of habit) - there is an excruciatingly sickly interview with CBB5's Jade Goody pretending to be a celebrity, lovely, etc.

On the same day, Kate Lawler(who has her faults & flaws), the only female winner of Big Brother(with all due respect to Nadia who tugged the heart-strings on Big Brother 5) was working in Birmingham trying to make something of herself well away from the z-list Big Brother hype, on Kerrang radio.

It's absolutely ghastly that the likes of CBB5's Jade Goody & Danielle Lloyd promote themselves as 'celebrities' - & get paid well to do so - when Kate Lawler, who is cosmopolitan, never bullied or intimidated anybody like they did, shies away from Big Brother hype whenever she can, & works incredibly hard to achieve her goals.

Hmmm... Celebrity Big Brother 5 - where Jade & Danielle were prepared to make UK visitor Shilpa's life as miserable as possible before Endemol FINALLY intervened![Endemol & John Noel Management's(Jade's former agent) close relationship is on record, & was put under close scrutiny by otherwise lazy media journalists].

Agree with your point Pil but I also like the fact Kate is not having to depend on such bad behaviour or notorious lifestlye to earn her keep.

As it is Kate is working her socks of day in day out and when she does appear in print I want it to be because of the hard work she is doing not because her arse is hanging out; or her kids are at home again with whoever she could get to care for them while she and some new fella is out on the town and running away from a taxi fare they cant pay.

Hard working or selling yourself to the lowest bidder... I know the one I would pick.

THREE’S A BREEZE FOR JADE




JADE Goody is planning a bizarre New Year “threesome” with her lover and her billionaire best friend, Prince Azim of Brunei.

Reality TV star Jade will attend the Prince’s exclusive London Christmas party then go to stay with him at his Sultan dad’s palace in south-east Asia early next year.

The pint-sized playboy, whose dad is the world’s third richest man, became a fan of airhead Jade after watching her on Celeb Big Brother and wooed her with a £30,000 diamond ring.

That was rumoured to have caused a huge bust-up with fiancé Jack Tweed, 20, who told Jade he was unhappy with the attention she gets from the Prince.

So Jade says she will spend New Year with her new admirer AND Jack – after agreeing to take him with her.

She said: “I’m only going to one Christmas party, because it’s being held by my friend Prince Azim of Brunei and it will be amazing.

“Jack and I are then going over to stay in his father’s palace in Brunei.

“So one thing’s for certain – I don’t really need any Christmas presents now my new best friend is a prince!”

Jade isn’t the first celebrity to have been wooed by the fame-obsessed 5ft 5in prince, who is set to inherit a slice of dad’s £20billion fortune.

Back in 2000 he had a £3million necklace delivered by private jet to his favourite singer, Mariah Carey.

Jade said of her own new sparkler: “His father is the third richest man in the world and as an early present he has already given me this huge ring consisting of eight rows of diamonds – and in each row there are at least 50 diamonds. It is so big it comes right up to my knuckle.

“I went and met him and his sister and cousins and he said to me, ‘I think you’re brilliant’.

“He’s so wicked and down to earth and so normal. “When he gave me the ring I was like, ‘Don’t be stupid’ – but he was really amazing and said, ‘Please, keep it’.

“I wasn’t going out of my way to meet him and offer myself for 16 camels or anything!

“We have just become really really good friends and we speak on the phone every other day – or he’ll ring Jack.”

But pals say Jack – reunited with Jade after a brief split earlier this year – still feels threatened by the Prince.

“He is not sure what to make of Jade’s new admirer,” said one. “She can’t stop talking about him and you can’t blame Jack for getting jealous.

“And he’s determined not to leave them alone together for a second.”

Jade – who was involved in a race row in this year’s Celeb Big Brother – has also reignited her war of words with former housemate Danielle Lloyd.

Glamour girl Dani, 24, is dating Spurs striker Jermain Defoe, 25, and was at the centre of his split with former fiancée Charlotte Mears.

Jade said: “I feel like telling her, ‘You know you’re not ugly, Danielle. You can get your own boyfriend. So you don’t have to take somebody else’s fella’.”
