Police were called to Jupiter Apartments, a block of luxury flats in Ryland Street, Birmingham, on Monday afternoon, whose residents include the DJ and former Big Brother winner Kate Lawler.

Kate was even talking about going on a date that night - don't know if that was a set-up for Kerrang! Radio or Kate was going back to London for a night.
Kate said she wouldn't be presenting Drivetime on Wednesday but would be back Thursday, where apart from presenting Kerrang! Radio's Drivetime, Kate is expected to play a House set at the press launch of the new Gatecrasher superclub in Birmingham.

Man in court over sister murders


The women's bodies were found on Monday evening by police
A 28-year-old man has appeared in court charged with the murder of two sisters found dead at their Birmingham flat.
Algerian-born Yasmine Larbi-Cherif, 22, and younger sister Sabrina, 19, were found dead at Jupiter Apartments near the city centre on Monday.
Both women had died of stab wounds, tests revealed.
Mohammed Ali, of Old Snowhill, Birmingham, spoke only to confirm his name and address at Birmingham Magistrates' Court.
'Eternal gardens'
There was no application for bail and he was remanded into custody.
He will appear at Birmingham Crown Court on Friday.
The sisters were British nationals and had only lived in their flat for a few weeks.
Their family live in the Wembley area of north-west London.
A statement released on behalf of the women's father on Saturday morning said: "I am a very proud and dignified man and am praying to God that he grants Yasmine and Sabrina his blessing and hosts them in his eternal gardens of heaven."
