I think Spencer is the next Nick, I said it from day one so it willbe interesting to see if he is.

Big Brother's Spencer 'will take show by storm'

Friends of Big Brother contestant Spencer Smith say he is ready to take the show by storm.

They say his laid back and reserved appearance so far on the show doesn't reflect what he's really like.

Big Brother 2 housemates Josh, Helen and Paul have also cited him as their early favourite to take the £70,000 prize.

Spencer's friend Nader Khalifa told Cambridge News: "He's a very funny bloke with a dry, almost surreal, sense of humour. When people get used to him I'm sure they'll love him.

"I'm sure the girls will like him as he's confident but not too cocky. He realises he's got to get on with everyone and not be too over the top. I think he's got a good chance."

Spencer punts people down the River Cam in his native Cambridge during the summer months.

During the winter, he works at the Ski Exchange shop in nearby Dry Drayton.

His boss Simon Elliott added: "As the show goes on he'll definitely develop."

Former Big Brother contestant Josh Rafter thinks Spencer is "rather cool", while Helen Adams says: "He has nice eyes and I like his laid back image."

I personally cannot stand Spencer

He is the most boring peson in there. He does not join in with anything apart from when booze and fags are involved.

He sleeps far too much and his chair had no creativity to it at all

i love spencer. he's permanantly drunk. he stays up all night and sleeps all morning. and best of all, he's a psychopath.
everyone in the goddam house is boring except him. he's nootz.

Jade can't be the next Nick. That credit's her with too much intelligence. The poor girl hasn't got the wits to play the game that way. We should vote her out of there swift, before she does something really dumb like burning down the house or getting sat on by Alison .

Spencer's definitely brooding for a loon-out. Watch him when he picks up knives in the kitchen. He has the cold dead eyes of a killer. This could be the 'tougher' aspect of BB3, much bragged over by the producers. The only thing that will stop that is a romance with Kate. He's doing pretty well there.

Maybe Jade's really a MENSA member in disguise? pretending to be a daft cow? it's working pretty well, she's friends with them all and she has been bitching quite a lot....

you're right, Spencer and Kate's thing could be the only thing preventing him from going schitzo. So when he wakes up one morning to find her pecked to death by the chickens, he's going to go craaaaazy and slash everyone up.

OMG Spencer is so brilliant. I really, really like him. He seems to be the only one in there who is real. The others think they're on some stage. He likes OASIS which is brilliant, me being such a big fan of them too. The fact that he doesn't even notice Kate shows he is looking more into a personality relationship...he is very funny and interesting.

What exactly happened after they all got in2 bed OUTside last night?

I saw them all set up the beds and then get in...

I heard that
a) there was an intruder
b) alex stole kates blanket
c) and kate and spencer were cuddled up together

How sweet. I hope kate and spencer get together. He just doesn't show any interest, he seems to like Jade quite a bit to be honest.

Yeh most definitely. PJ isn’t even bad looking anyway. Spencer’s personality is so attractive. He’s so laid back, and easy going and with his sense of humor, ahhh my god, he’s just pure brilliant.

Of course his looks help too, it’s the first thing I noticed.

If I really was all about the looks, I’d like alex..(well I wouldn’t but u get what I mean)
