Ok, so Kate Lawler may not be an A List celebrity at the moment but this DVD, 'Kate's Cardio Combat', is one hell of a work out and you've got to admit Kate had an enviable figure when she left the Big Brother house, way back in 2002!

This DVD has a boxing slant to it, to make sure you tone your arms as well as your tum and legs. It's certainly high energy but stick at it and you'll see results. Remember the harder you work, the better you'll look.
