Jungle he-man Marc Bannerman's furious girlfriend has blasted flirty Cerys Mat thews as a "homewrecker"... and today she's flying out to Australia with the aim of Getting Her Out Of There.
Beautiful actress Sarah Matravers is convinced singer Cerys is going all out to steal her man and has watched in horror as the pair have kissed and cuddled in the camp.
"I want to march into the jungle, haul her out and say, 'He's mine, get off!' " she said last night.
Sarah, who has dated Marc for two and a half years and lived with him for 18 months, has now vowed to dump the ex-EastEnder if things with with Cerys go ANY further.
She told the Sunday Mirror: "What the hell does Cerys think she's doing? She's going all out to flirt with Marc and she knows he has a girlfriend - of course she does.
"If anyone is to be portrayed as anything here, it isn't Marc the love-rat, it's Cerys the home-wrecker. It's a bloody cheek and I'm absolutely livid."
And Sarah warns Marc: "The first hint of a snog and that's it. I'll fly home alone, change the locks, cut up his clothes, throw all his stuff out and never speak to him again. I have my dignity."
Sarah, 33, wears a diamond commitment ring from 34-year-old Marc on her wedding finger.
Cerys, 36, recently divorced from record producer Seth Riddle, made no secret of the fact she's on the lookout for her own jungle Tarzan, and Marc has been a shoulder to cry on since they arrived in the jungle. In the past two days their friendship has moved up a gear, with Marc tenderly kissing her neck and the pair spooning in a hammock while Cerys sang in his ear.
Sarah said: "What I'm surprised about is that Cerys looks like such a sweet, nice person. How can a person be so sweet and flirt with a man who's taken?
"I'm not wearing this bloody commitment ring for nothing. She's not just harmlessly flirting and it's really unfair that Marc is getting a bad name. It takes two to tango.
"Maybe she is very vulnerable. She's got young kids and has recently got divorced, but I think she's playing the vulnerable card to get his attention. What she doesn't realise is that Marc is like that with everyone."
However, even Sarah was taken aback by incidents like one on Friday when Marc cuddled Cerys and said: "This is nice, darlin'. Do you miss having a cuddle out in the wilderness? You feel so lonely, don't you?" In another encounter, she put her head on his shoulder and asked him if he could do a South African accent. Marc replied: "Don't make me come out into the bush and work my magic."
When Cerys said: "I don't know why, but it does something to me," Marc replied: "Well, I'd better start talking like this all the time."
Earlier in the week, he helped Cerys with a series of exercises, including press-ups. She also hit him on the stomach with a twig and said: "I just spanked you." And when Marc joked: "I could put you on my knee and pretend you're the puppet," Cerys replied: "Go on then."
Sarah says Marc flirts outrageously with lots of girls, including her close friends.
"It is really hurtful. We've had two and a half years and if he throws that away for someone he's known for a week, that's not very nice.
"Cerys doesn't know Marc at all. What they both do know is that there is an attraction between them, and that's all. But I've seen all this before. Marc sometimes kisses my girlfriends on the neck or hugs them from behind.
"Some people might think I'm mad to put up with it. When we first started going out I was insanely jealous. It used to cause lots of rows, but now I've just had to accept it. That's Marc.
"Some people - like Cerys - get the wrong message but to him it's just fun. If I could send a message to him I'd say, 'Think about what you're doing. It's not fair.'
"He's a very testosterone-filled man, he's just being a bit selfish, and I'm quite angry and hurt. But I think he's innocent. He's just lapping up the attention. It's painful to watch."
Marc and Cerys, whose band Catatonia had hits with Road Rage and Mulder And Scully in 1998, have rarely left each other's sides since the series began on Monday. Marc even told fellow contestant Christopher Biggins: "I'm a little bit worried about my girlfriend being jealous. Cerys and I are just great friends."
Sarah was even more maddened by Cerys's reaction when Marc also started cuddling up to ex-Apprentice contestant Katie Hopkins. She said: "I couldn't believe it when Marc was helping Katie take off her clothes and gave her a peck and Cerys came straight up to him and gave him a hug, almost staking her claim. I was like, 'Don't get too attached, love...'
"There's a part of me even that wants the producers to ask me to go into the camp and sort it out. I want to go in there and say, 'He's leading you up the garden path, darling.' At the moment Cerys has got the fun side of him. She is seeing one very small part of him. He can be grumpy and short-tempered. Like me.
"He gets bored easily, and can be very snappy. I expect he'll get bored of her. He likes his women strong and I think she's too vulnerable, even for him.
"If he doesn't get food, he will get into a terrible mood. He needs three square meals a day. I cook him big, juicy steaks and chicken roasts. If he doesn't eat in the jungle, he will be a nightmare."
Despite Marc's flirting, Sarah believes he will remain faithful to her. The pair share a flat in North London, and are planning to have a family in the next two years.
She said: "I'm his co-star in this, I'm his other half and I'm flying out to be by his side. It's not a fly-by-night relationship.
"We want children, we are hoping to buy a home in the country next year. Last Christmas, he gave me a commitment ring. He doesn't have one, but he's not a fan of man jewellery. I would be furious if he threw all this away for someone he's known for a week." Despite his macho image, Marc is terrified of flying insects and snakes, reveals Sarah. "The deal in our house is, he takes out the spiders, I take out the daddy-longlegs. He's not a fan of snakes either."
Sarah now wants Marc to make things up to her by splashing out on a holiday and jewellery in the New Year When she arrives in Australia today she will stay in a six-star hotel, enjoy plenty of expensive spa treatments - and charge it all to Marc.
"It's very hard being half-way across the world watching him on TV at home - especially seeing him with another girl - surrounded by our pictures on the wall, our furniture, the house we've built together.
"I've been sleeping on his side of the bed and wearing his T-shirts round the house.
"You have to have trust in a relationship so I'm not dumping him - not yet."
'She plays the vulnerable card but she's just a home wrecker and I'm livid..the first hint of a snog and that's it, I'll be flying home alone, changing the locks, cutting up his clothes, and I'll never speak to him again'
