Darren Day cheats on his 8-months pregnant love SERIAL love rat Darren Day is cheating on his eight months pregnant girlfriend with a stunning Swedish model. Dirty Day, 35, has been enjoying secret romps with his lover just four weeks before ex-Hear'Say star Suzanne Shaw is due to give birth. Only a month ago Day claimed to be "120 per cent faithful" to Suzanne and talked of their plans to marry. The five-times engaged singer has had a string of dates with blonde Cecilia Carneby, 26, who bears a striking resemblance to his girlfriend. The Sunday Mirror can reveal that the couple spent Thursday night locked behind the door of a £55-a-night Travelodge bedroom with a "Do Not Disturb" sign displayed outside. Earlier in the evening they enjoyed a spot of dirty dancing at a seedy £2-a-head nightspot on a former industrial estate. The bleary-eyed couple did not emerge from their hotel lovenest until 3.30pm the next day. They left their bedroom furtively whispering to each other before catching a taxi to a nearby theatre. Day and Cecilia, who has modelled Kylie Minogue's lingerie range and starred in TV drama Jonathan Creek, fell for each other during the current national tour of Joseph and The Amazing Technicolour Dreamcoat. Day has the lead role while Cecilia is one of four backing dancers in the tour, which last week was in Southampton. Every night the show's audience watch the pair stand side-by-side exchanging furtive glances. One scene sees Day wearing - only a skimpy white loin cloth to cover his modesty- being handcuffed and whipped by dancers including Cecilia. Ironically the reason his character is being punished is for having an adulterous affair. News of Day's betrayal will come as a devastating blow to ex-Popstars singer Suzanne, 22, who is due to give birth to a baby boy on Christmas Day. On Monday, Day rushed to her bedside at the North London home they share after she suffered serious complications with her pregnancy. He even pulled out of a planned photocall at Southampton's Mayflower Theatre because of the crisis. But just days later he was romping with Cecilia while Suzanne was recovering at home. Between matinee and evening performances of the two-hour show, the pair snatched every opportunity to be alone with each other. They were regularly spotted strolling to pubs, restaurants and shops near the theatre, checking text messages on their phones. A waitress at a cafe opposite the theatre revealed: "He came for dinner with a pretty, platinum blonde on Wednesday. They were very lovey-dovey and clearly enjoying each other's company. "They couldn't keep their eyes of each other and didn't seem to mind who noticed. It was a bit of a shock because everybody knows he's going out with Suzanne Shaw and that she is going to have his baby soon." Day's latest affair echoes his whirlwind romance with Suzanne - a petite, bottle-blonde with big eyes like Cecilia. He met Suzanne after they starred together in the touring musical Summer Holiday in 2003. Suzanne left her fiance Terry Adams while Day dumped long-term girlfriend Adele Vellacott. He told of his undying love for Suzanne and swore he would never be unfaithful to her. Earlier this year Day insisted "I hate infidelity" during filming of Sky One's reality show At Home With The Love Rats. He added: "I am with the woman I love and am about to become a dad. How much better could things be? Not much." And just four weeks ago he was claiming he'd changed his ways forever. He said: "I have been 120 per cent faithful to Suzanne since we've been together and so, for the first time, I have a totally clear conscience. We definitely want to get married." But now the star, who finished the musical's run in Southampton last night and goes on to Milton Keynes, Bucks, next week, has fallen back into old habits. Notorious Day had been branded Britain's biggest love rat after cheating on a string of famous girlfriends. He betrayed former Brookside star Anna Friel by romping with Coronation Street beauty Tracy Shaw who he met while he was on tour with Summer Holiday in Manchester. He then broke the heart of redhead Isla Fisher, who starred in Aussie TV soap Home and Away after they met in the Blackpool run of Summer Holiday. After being voted off the TV jungle show I'm A Celebrity he said he wanted to spend the rest of his life with fiancee Adele - only to cheat on her with Suzanne. But after getting together with Suzanne in August 2003 he claimed to have put his past behind him. Day and Suzanne had been planning to tie the knot after their first child was born and they have bought a £1million mansion in Hertfordshire together. But despite their plans friends recently admitted they feared the couple were close to splitting up. They said Suzanne almost dumped Day after a rocky patch caused by a run of bad luck. Earlier this year she was struck down with a serious kidney infection while visiting her mother in New Zealand and a week later it was revealed that she had been plagued by a sex pest who bombarded her with phone calls. However, Suzanne was later convinced the couple could make a go of it. She said: "We can't wait to become parents. We are very much in love and having a baby will be the icing on the cake."
