Brian: " I don’t mind ending it on a fart.”
He's out!
A tired, hungry and unrepentant Brian made peace with his fellow celebs before saying his final goodbyes and walking out of the camp after a row with Janet over flatulence.
It had all blown up over dinner when Janet again told him off for breaking wind near the cooking. It was the last straw for Brian who had been threatening to leave all day.
After Natalie had only won two stars, the hungry celebrities were having to make do with meagre rations of catfish and a carrot when Brian delivered the final, decisive blow.
Janet shouted: “Don’t do that when we are cooking, it’s so inappropriate!”
A tired and hungry Brian pleaded: “Oh come off it man.”
But Janet wouldn’t let it go and Brian snapped, shouting: “You are on the f**king other side man. Stop having a go at me for farting man. For f**k’s sake!”
Janet tried to speak but Brian shouted her down. “No, no. Don’t keep f**king telling me what to do. If I want to fart, I’ll fart. I’m nowhere near the f**king food… I’m sick of people having a go at me,” he screamed before throwing a knife onto the jungle floor.
After the intervention of Fran and Huggy, Brian appeared to calm down, lit a cigarette and sat down by the fire.
But when dinner was nearly ready Brian stood up, removed his hat and tore off his microphone saying: “I’m outta here, right f**king now.”
The other celebs didn’t seem to notice until he threw his battery pack on the bed.
Paul tried to assure him that dinner was not far off but packing his kit up Brian replied: “F**k the dinner. Enjoy it.”
He then shouted: “I’m a celebrity, get me the f**k out of here… now! I’ve had enough of this b**locks.”
Grabbing his pack, Brain hugged Joe and said sorry to Janet.
But Janet hugged him saying: “It’s all right… take care of yourself. You know I love you.” To which Brian replied: “I know.”
The remaining celebs looked on as he hugged Sophie, with Paul saying to him: “Give me a bell.”
He said his last goodbyes to the group and walked out with Huggy.
On the walk up to the Bush Telegraph they met Nat and Nancy and Brian let them know he was leaving.
He hugged them both and then entered the Telegraph.
On leaving the camp, Brian said: “I’m just really looking forward to getting outta here now. Still, what an ending!”
“I’ve done my peacemaking on the way out. I don’t mind ending it on a fart.”
