Jordan, 26, will wear a £15,000 designer gown to sing the Nat King Cole classic When I Fall In Love, backed by a 41-piece orchestra.
She has been receiving professional coaching since March and will be one of four surprise guests who sing in front of a celebrity audience.
The show, to be screened after the X Factor final on December 11, is produced by Syco — the company owned by Simon Cowell.
