Afterwards she said: "I am honoured that I was on the show and learnt so much from it."
She joked about how her continuous rowing with former royal butler Paul Burrell, but admitted she was quite fond of him.
"He's an extremely nice man," she said.
Discussing her reaction to the original star line-up, the former newspaper editor said: "I though, 'oh my God, I can't talk to this bunch of deadbeats'."
But she said the experience had been "fantastic" and that she had been abale to raise a lot of cash for charity."
Quizzed by presenters Ant and Dec, she said she wanted comic Joe Pasquale to win out of the three remaining contestants.
On Monday the public will vote for the winner out of the last three celebrities left in the jungle - Joe, Paul and nightclub owner Fran Cosgrave.
Earlier, Paul Burrell hit back against Street-Porter as tensions continued to simmer on the show.
Speaking in the Bush Telegraph interview room, Burrell said Street-Porter was a Rottweiler, aggressive and venomous.
The pair have been feuding over cooking duties - Burrell, who was butler to Princess Diana, is a trained chef but Street-Porter was the one dishing out the orders during meal preparations.
