DAREDEVIL Dec Donnelly was badly shaken when he crashed a motorbike during a TV stunt riding through blazing bales of hay.
Geordie duo Ant and Dec were practising the fiery bike ride for their hit ITV1 show Saturday Night Takeaway.
The fearless pair were challenged to jump a motorbike through a ring of fire — but Dec, 29, bungled his big moment.
He panicked as he sped up the ramp, slowed down at the last minute and crashed. An onlooker said: “Dec was doing really well but he lost his bottle at the last minute and slowed down.
“He got through the fire OK but crashed at the other end.
“Earlier he fell off the bike and hurt himself, so he was brave to try it at all.
“He was shaken up and taken to hospital to be checked over — but I don’t think he was injured.”
Each week Ant, also 29, and Dec compete against each other in a special task.
For their latest challenge the pair joined the RAF White Helmets motorcycle display team at their base in Flintshire, North Wales, for a series of stunts.
So far, the telly stars have won two contests each and viewers have been asked to suggest forfeits for the loser in the final show of the season.
They have previously tackled escapology and gladiators in their weekly challenges.
LOADED TV duo Ant and Dec want to spend £8million turning a run-down hotel into a nightclub and restaurant.
The presenters, both 29, want to open an exclusive CLUB for their showbiz pals in the basement, a top quality RESTAURANT for 100 diners and a five star HOTEL on the other floors.
