JORDAN’S huge assets have bounced her on to a list of Britain’s richest people — after earning her a swell £5MILLION in a year.
The 32FF beauty has joined The Sunday Times Rich List of Young Model Millionaires at No8 — alongside posh catwalk queens like Sophie Dahl.
And last night the man who compiled the list — an offshoot of The Sunday Times Rich List 2005 — said the busty glamour girl has become a shrewd businesswoman.
Philip Beresford said: “She has a natural ability to turn her relentless exposure into hard cash.”
Jordan, 26 — real name Katie Price — raked in cash following her TV exposure on I’m A Celebrity thanks to a rush of personal appearances and highly-paid modelling work.
She also landed a TV show with pop star lover Peter Andre, 32, whose baby she is expecting.
Mr Beresford added: “She showed she has a shrewd head for business by setting up Jordan Trading Limited in 2003 and in its first year alone its sales topped £367,000.
“That showed her determination to keep sales of her image on calendars, magazines and merchandising under control.
“She’s certainly making the most of her, er, talents.”
