FORMER East 17 star Brian Harvey has checked into a clinic suffering from depression amid rumours of a suicide attempt.
A friend found him unconscious at his home in east London on Friday night and rushed him to hospital.
But a spokesman for Harvey insisted the I'm A Celebrity star had only taken 'one or two' sleeping tablets and that reports of a suicide bid were 'totally untrue'.
He said Harvey played a gig on Saturday after doctors released him. However, he admitted the 30-year-old checked himself in on Monday for a week's treatment.
