she's faced her fears full on, much like Kerry did a couple of series back..whether that'll make her the winner or not I don't know but she deserves it.

DAVID Dickinson was going, going, gone off I’m A Celebrity last night.

The antiques expert clenched his fist when told he was leaving and said: “Yes.”

He was hugged by actor Sid Owen and Carol Thatcher told him: “Have a drink for me, snorkel your way to the bar.”

After leaving the camp David, 64, told Ant and Dec: “I really enjoyed it, it was a real challenge. I have to say like a lot of people in there I wanted to win, but I’m not unhappy to come out today.”

The perma-tanned star revealed he had broken the show’s record for the most mosquito bites.

He said: “I can tell you Paul Burrell had 53 or 54 I think.

“I passed that on day three. I’ve got them all over my legs and all over my arms.”

He also lavished praise on equally off-the-wall Carol.

He said: “She is a one-off. An extraordinary English person. We sent people like that into the Battle of Waterloo.

“It’s a real jolly hockey sticks thing but she’s a real, great character.”

Bookies William Hill now make Carol even-money favourite to win the programme. Bobby Ball is favourite to be next to get booted out.

TV legend David Dickinson has sadly become the third contestant to be voted out of I'm a Celebrity Get Me Out of Here!.

The Bargain Hunt presenter received the least votes in yesterday's viewer poll.

The 64-year-old Dickinson admitted after that he was sorry not to have won the celebrity jungle competition but said he was pleased with his performance in the show.

He told Geordie gnomes, Ant and Dec, afterwards: "I really enjoyed it.

"It was a real challenge. I wanted to win but I'm not unhappy to come out today."

Throughout his time on the show Dicko seemed to enjoy the camaraderie of his fellow celebs, and reserved special praise for one of the other more mature contestants, Carol Thatcher.

Unfortunately, the show' viewers obviously can't tell real comedic characters from abysmal bores and opted to give him the boot.

With the backing Thatcher is getting there is not a cat-in-hells chance of Sheree or any other celeb in the camp of winning the crown.
All the media hacks are fighting to get thjeir name attached to her slippery crown. The same hacks mind that would have had a field day slagging of any of the other celebs if they had pissed, twice, in the camp. :-?

Sheree must be getting a lot of support from the viewers because she is getting negitive coverage in the media and on JD from Andy Goldstein, Matt Brown and TPT on I'm a celeb.....get me out of her now, whilst on This Morning Fern and Phillip's support for Thatcher must be getting her a lot of votes.

Antique expert David is 3rd out
By Nicola Methven, TV Editor And Allison Martin

DAVID Dickinson was the third celeb to be booted out of the jungle by viewers last night.

The Bargain Hunt presenter, 64, was kicked off in a head-to-head vote with actress Sheree Murphy.

But he declared he was happy to be going.

He said: "I wanted to win but 12 days is a long time. The lack of food was the hardest thing but it's amazing how your stomach starts to shrink."

And the perma-tanned antiques expert hugged all of his camp mates and said: "I'm ready for it guys, it's been a lovely experience."

David had a special message for his new best mate Bobby Ball, 61. He said: "I'll be waiting at the hotel with a large scotch little buddy."

Comedian Tommy Cannon and wine expert Jilly Goolden have already been voted out. And Kimberley Davies was forced to quit due to the pain of her broken rib.

Kimberley lasted just six hours on her return to in the jungle yesterday before walking out in agony.

Millions of viewers had seen her injured when she plunged 30ft into the water from a helicopter as she tried to win meals for the camp. The ex-Neighbours star, 32, was flown to hospital where she stayed overnight.

She bravely decided to return, telling the Mirror: "I want to show people I can tough it out and I'm not a quitter."

However, a few hours later she had to give in to the pain.

Kimberley - who injured herself by holding her nose as she hit the water in the Hell-O-Drop Bushtucker Trial - was frustrated at her early departure.

She moaned: "It's so annoying - I was having fun."

Kimberley was discharged from hospital yesterday morning when docs declared her fit enough to return to the camp.

In a statement TV bosses said: "She was planning to spend another night in camp but decided to leave at 6.20pm.

"This was a decision which we entirely understood and fully supported. We wish Kimberley well."

Her fellow celebrities all said they felt sorry for her when she told them she was in agony and was leaving. "You're gonna be missed in this camp," said ex-Atomic Kitten singer Jenny.

With a kiss for everyone, Kimberley left to applause.

As she was walked to the bridge by Jenny and Sheree, the girls made jokes from their favourite Oz TV comedy Kath and Kim as they said goodbye.

The pair yelled: "We love you Kimmy." The girls returned to camp, where they immediately cut up Kimberley's leftover brownie and shared it round.

ITV said Kimberley will not be replaced. One eviction night will be cancelled to ensure three celebrities remain for the show finale.

Kitt Off Jenny

FORMER Atomic Kitten Jenny Frost got the boot last night after just pipping Antony Costa.

Jenny, 27, had been favourite to leave after spending most of her time in the jungle crying and complaining.

She told Ant and Dec: “I’m cool with that. It was so depressing. The weather was so depressing. I was cold to my bones. I only came in for the tan.”

Jenny, above, triumphed by winning nine stars in her Bushtucker Trial but admitted “too much thinking time” in camp left her feeling down.

Her ex-Kitten bandmate Kerry Katona is a former winner of the show.

Jenny hugged tearful ex-Emmerdale star Sheree Murphy as she left and tipped her to win.

At one point there was just ONE vote between her and former Blue singer Antony.

Carol Thatcher is still 8/11 favourite to win. Bookies expect Antony to get the boot tonight. Odds are 1/2. Sun

Jenny Frost is "relieved" to be the latest star to be booted out the jungle.

The 'I'm a Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here!' contestant said the TV show had been a let down because the weather was cold - and she had planned on getting a tan.

The ex-Atomic Kitten singer narrowly escaped another day in the camp after former Blue star Antony Costa won by just one vote.

But Jenny revealed: "I'm glad. It's so horrible in there - so wet and miserable. It would have been a different place if it had been sunny.

"I am cold to my bones. I only came here to get a tan."

Jenny also confessed she believes jungle pal Sheree Murphy, who cried when she left, is set to win.

She added: "Sheree was an angel in there. Everyone vote for her because she is an absolute princess."

OH, CAROL: ANTONY AXED IN COSTA CUTTING

ANTONY Costa last night became the latest celeb to get the boot after losing out to comic Bobby Ball in the public vote.

Antony, 24, hugged his campmates after learning he would be leaving the Aussie bush.

The ex-Blue singer said: "I went in there with the prospect of having a good time and meeting some new people and I did."

He admitted he was disappointed to leave so close to the final, but added: "I can say I tried my best and I really enjoyed it.

"I had some good times and made some good mates in there."

Earlier the campers had tears in their eyes as they were allowed to read letters from loved one.

Antony blubbed when he saw his message from girlfriend Adele Silva, who wrote: "Missing you - and your little bum."

He said: "She loves my bum. I've got goose-bumps."

Bobby Ball's wife Von sent her love. He went all teary as he said: "That was a fantastic present."

And Bobby was the star of the jungle fashion show, dressing up in a pink catsuit, feather boa and cowboy hat. The campers were ordered to strut their stuff on the catwalk after getting the Celebrity Chest question wrong.

The comedian, Sid and Antony were the unwilling models, with Sid wearing a hula grass skirt and Antony dressed up in fishnet stockings, a waistcoat and tinsel.[/url]

JOKER Bobby Ball was voted out of the Celebrity jungle, then admitted: I almost walked off anyway.

The veteran comic revealed he was pining for his wife Vonne and sidekick Tommy Cannon, who was one of the first to be evicted off the I'm A Celebrity ... Get Me Out Of Here show.

Bobby, 61, said: "I enjoyed it. It was fantastic. But I thought about walking out a few times.

"I thought ‘I’m going to do it. But then we got a treat - a letter from my wife - and it said ‘don’t give up’. That kept me going.

"I did get emotional. We didn’t get much to eat and I got very emotional – I was missing Vonne.

"Of course I missed my wife. But I missed Tom too. I was gutted when he went."

Bobby, who flirted with Emmerdale star Sheree Murphy, claimed he grew "close to all" the Jungle campers.

He said: "Sheree’s like a mother so I had a really good crack with her – she’s got a good sense of humour."

And he was staggered by how much he had learned about himself from his reality TV experience in the Australian jungle.

Bobby said: "I’m going to take away the knowledge that I live my life too fast and I’m going to slow down a bit and spend time with my wife and kids more."

He was the eighth celebrity to leave the 12-person show.
