AFTER leaving the jungle, wine expert Jilly Goolden quaffed a glass of bubbly and compared her fellow celebrities to her favourite tipple...
Sid Owen would have to be a New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc. It's the real thing. It's got lots of class and is best drunk dead cool. It's one of my favourites.
Jenny Frost is more of a well-oaked Chardonnay from Down Under. It smells like hot buttered crumpets and is a rich wine with lots of class.
Kimberley Davies is more of a Sancerre, which is a slimline, finely-honed wine. It's a bit shy in delivery and a little bit dumb on the nose, but very elegant.
Sheree Murphy is a German Riesling - very pure and innocent.
David Dickinson is a big, willy-waving Shiraz from the southern hemisphere, while Carol Thatcher is a Gewurztraminer - full of spicy exotica and lots of eccentric flavours.
