Thatch back in London
I'm A Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here! winner Carol Thatcher has reportedly returned to Britain.
The new Queen of the Jungle arrived in Heathrow Airport to cheers and applause from fans.
The daughter of Britain's former prime minister, Carol demonstrated that she was an Iron Lady in the Australian jungle with her laidback attitude and sense of humour on the reality TV show.
The final I'm A Celebrity this year was watched by 12 million UK viewers, who tuned in to see Carol Thatcher beat former Emmerdale star Sheree Murphy and ex-EastEnder Sid Owen to the crown.
Speaking to journalists on her arrival, Margaret Thatcher's daughter said she was not missing living in the jungle. During her two weeks on the show she had eaten kangaroo testicles, which she described as "very squelchy", and swam with rats and toads.
"If there are any hitchhiking leeches that hung on for the trip, I'm going to get rid of them," she said. "I've a lot of Aussie dirt under my fingernails, so I think I'll have a prolonged shower. Australia is a long way away."
Greeting her agent, Mark Lucas, Thatcher added that she did not expect her next holiday would be a camping one and she was looking forward to "de-jungling", This Is London reports.
. There is a new Tory Leader - the Asked how she felt about her new title, Carol shrugged it off, saying: "It was only a virtual reality telly show the world is keeping going round, you know."
