Jordan’s baby heartache
Heartbroken Jordan is today recovering at home after suffering a miscarriage. The glamour girl – who was reportedly nearly four months pregnant - was rushed to hospital in London on Friday, complaining of stomach pains. Devoted husband Peter Andre was at her side throughout the devastating experience.
“Kate is in pieces, as is poor Peter. They want to be left alone to get over this. It isn’t something they wanted to make public,” a close friend told the Daily Star. “They are both absolutely devastated. They were so looking forward to having another child.”
And to make matters worse for the poor couple, it appears that the story only became public after a hospital worker tried to exploit their grief by selling the story to the newspapers. “They felt obliged to reveal what had happened in light of this person trying to cash in,” the friend continued. "It has made things 10 times worse for them.”
Rumours of Jordan’s pregnancy first surfaced last week, after she was pictured patting her stomach on a night out in London, and told reporters that she’d like six kids. In fact, the couple have made no secret of the fact that they’d love a little sister for four-year-old Harvey and one-year-old Junior. “Pete and me really want another child,” she told OK! magazine. “We’d love a little girl. I’d have to call her Pink or Princess, because she’d be my princess.”
