CAMP NO 2 'WILL CAUSE RUMBLES IN THE JUNGLE'
EXCLUSIVE I'M A CELEB: HE'S A TRIAL

TV bosses are planning a secret second camp called Snake Rock, which will house both old and new contestants.
The twist is aimed at boosting viewing figures, which fell from 8.9million on Monday to 7.6million the next night.

Former EastEnder Dean Gaffney and ex-Emmerdale actress Malandra Burrows are set to be parachuted in to the new camp, where they are likely to be joined by some of the original I'm A Celebrity members.

One insider explained: "The plan is to stick people into the other camp rather than evicting them.

"Obviously viewers would have to be in on the twist - they wouldn't be voting to get rid of someone but to simply move them elsewhere in the jungle.

"Hopefully this will lead to a real 'them and us' mentality when the others finally work out what is going on. It should lead to lots of lovely jungle bust-ups."

The show's executive producer, Richard Cowles has hinted that he has a big trick up his sleeve.

He said: "There won't necessarily be safety in numbers.

"There is one big, never-before-seen surprise for the stars. Whether it is a welcome one remains to be seen."

The alternative jungle campsite has been built close to the main one, but far enough away for the group to be utterly unaware of its existence.

Having a second house worked well for Big Brother in the summer, although the contestants quickly rumbled the ploy because they could hear through the walls.

Jason Donovan is still favourite to win the show, but freaky David Gest briefly shot up to third place behind Myleene Klass after his triumphant Bushtucker Trial before slipping back behind Toby Anstis.

Busted's Matt Willis has slipped from second to fifth after a quiet start. The most disliked are bitchy Phina Oruche and moany Jan Leeming.

Six celebs go walkabout
19/11/06
I’M A CELEB stars are in for a huge shock tomorrow when they will be split into TWO jungle camps.

Cunning ITV chiefs plan to start a war between the 12 stressed-out rivals by making the groups compete for food and treats.

Jungle celebs are in for an agonising bout of tribal warfare.

And moaning Minnie Jan Leeming could be the BIG loser.

Show bosses plan to tear the stars apart tomorrow in one of the cruellest stunts ever devised.

The 12 campers in Oz will have to split themseves into two rival groups – who will then live at different locations and will have to compete against each other for food and treats.

Executive producer Richard Cowles gloated yesterday: “The celebs have always felt that the one thing they had on their side in camp was each other.

“But, this year, there won’t necessarily be safety in numbers. They have a real challenge ahead.”

Another insider put it more bluntly… “They won’t know what’s hit them!

“But one thing’s for sure. No one will want moaning Jan Leeming in their camp!”

The great divide could also spill over into the looming evictions – with rumours that ALL those on the team doing best might win immunity from the chop.

And that could wind up the tension to fever pitch. Rows are expected to break out as soon as the stars are told they must choose who goes in which group.

Just like in a school playground, they will fight to be in the gang with their mates.

And that’s where 64-year-old Jan could start to feel the pinch.

When the choosing is over, one “tribe” will leave the campsite in New South Wales where they’ve lived for the past week.

They will be taken to another one called Snake Rock, set up in part of the same rainforest.

The six members will be told to stay there until further notice. They will not be allowed to wander back at will to see their old pals.

But there is speculation that, each day, one member from each tribe will have to compete in a Bushtucker Trial. The winner will get food for his or her own gang and the loser will go back to the rival team empty-handed.

Evictions are due to start on Friday night. So, if bosses of the ITV1 show decide to exempt members of the winning team, competition between the two tribes will be cut-throat.

Our source said: “This stunt has been designed to create tensions and rows.
“Rest assured: there are going to be plenty more surprises.”

There is a special report on how the campers took the news of the split on This Morning.
From all accounts it appears the celebs did not take kindly to the news. Just like a lot of them wont take kindly to the news that they were edited out of the show!

Same old shite, repeat -repeat-repeat
The ITV guy reporting from the campsite just kept spinning the line on how we must watch the show tonight to see the result of the camp split.
The only new news we got was the camp is split into a men v women camp.

Plus!! the spin on Jan's moaning. I don't believe a word of it till I see it for my own eyes

I'm a Celebrity camp divided

For once it's not petty disputes on I'm a Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here! that have split the camp.

Although this year's bunch have bonded pretty well so far despite the odd grumble, the 12 contestants are to go head to head as they are put into two groups in the series' latest twist.

Half will move to a new camp at Snake Rock while the others will remain at the original camp.

Food and immunity from eviction will depend on how well the celebrities do in comparison to the other team.

It's the second time in a week that the contestants have been shocked with a surprise announcement; new surprise contestants Dean Gaffney and former Emmerdale actress Malandra Burrows have made their way into the Australian outback in the past few days.

And if Malandra has anything to do with it then it won't just be the camp spilt that will shake things up, but her antics as well.

"They are having fun and are really into the spirit of it," she said. "We can't have that. We want more drama! I feel that I have got a really hard job because they seem to have bonded very closely."

Phina did a great job getting the bitch off the chest. He tried to cheat and she did what any god fearing bible reader would do.... she showed him the error of his ways and booted his arse off the chest!. {@} ::lol:: ::lol:: ::lol::
I thought Matt and Lauren showed their non-aggressive side to the max and like any sound minded person refused to allow the game bring them any more embarrassment.
Saying that, I would want Phina on my side.
