GLAMOUR girl Kate Price was yesterday mobbed by thousands of fans who queued for hours to get a signed copy of her new book.
The model, 28, packed out a store during a promotional trip for the paperback launch of her autobiography A Whole New World.
And, for once, almost all her admirers were women. Thousands flocked to Waterstone’s in Yeovil, Somerset, to meet their heroine.
A Whole New World, her second autobiography, sold 66,000 copies in the first two weeks alone. A third volume is set to hit shops next year.
A spokeswoman for Kate said: “It was absolutely fantastic. She couldn’t believe how many people turned up.
"It’s the most people we’ve ever seen at a publicity event.”
