Tara Palmer-Tomkinson, 35, who captivated viewers with her performances on Fame Academy, parted company with her agent Martine eighteen months ago after a decade together.

Now Ms Palmer-Tomkinson is suing Martine Montgomery and her agency M & M Management, accusing her of failing to hand over money she has received from her work in the entertainment industry.

And she is asking for a declaration that Montgomery holds any secret profits which she has made on trust for her.
