Apprentice maneater Katie Hopkins has said she will "slap" Janice if she "starts" with her. The superbitch who claims to be the female version of Simon Cowell says she will give "outrageously honest" views describing herself as "the reigning queen of bitches." This comes as Janice herself said she wanted to slap Katie under her breath to Lynne! Ooh. Katie entered Snake Rock yesterday with every intention of causing a stir, but with the camp merging tonight it could cause ructions on a much bigger scale! Viewers will see the camp fighting over the 5 beds, 3 hammocks and 2 luxury beds in the tree house. We predict a riot.

I’m A Celebrity’s biggest battle of the bitches kicked off last night as Katie Hopkins swung into the jungle and into a bust-up with Janice Dickinson.

Within minutes of arriving in the camp, Kate sparked an explosive showdown with the tetchy American supermodel over who would reign as the ITV1 show’s Queen Bitch.

Apprentice back-stabber Katie, 31, upset gobby Janice, 53, by boasting that she was going to be the nastiest and most obnoxious contestant yet.

Janice blasted back by telling the blonde newcomer: “I’m the only bitch in the jungle. If you try to out-bitch me, I’ll slap you.”

But media consultant Katie, who walked out of The Apprentice and had a fling with a fellow contestant, refused to be intimidated.

She fumed: “I won’t take any bollocks. I speak as I find. I’m like a female Simon Cowell – only with more balls.”

Producers are now bracing themselves for even more rumbles in the jungle as the two slug it out.


A show insider said: “What have we started? It looks set to be the cattiest series yet.”

We revealed yesterday how Janice had already fallen out with PR guru Lynne Franks, having threatened to stab her and eat her boobs.

The two have declared a truce, but still keep sniping at each other.

Now the arrival of Katie has stirred things up a treat, with Janice unable to contain her anger.

Katie replaces Malcolm McLaren, 61, who walked out before the show even started.

She joins the Snake Rock gang, along with Janice, Lynne 59, Gemma Atkinson, 22, and Jason Brown, 31.

Katie immediately boasted to Janice that she had been dubbed “the biggest bitch in Britain” following her appearance on BBC1’s The Apprentice.

She bragged: “If there’s something that needs saying, Katie Hopkins will always make sure it gets said.

“During The Apprentice I certainly came over as a superbitch. It seemed to be that I was saying things behind people’s backs.

“The truth is that I’ll say it to their face. I’ll say it out loud and I’m not afraid of saying it. So people either love me or they loathe me and I commend that.

“I’d rather be loved and loathed than be in this murky middle ground of mediocrity.”

But Janice blasted: “I’m the reigning queen of bitches.” She later told Lynne: “If she starts, I’ll slap her!”

Katie was sneaked into the jungle just before a Celebrity Chest Challenge. Gemma got a shock when she arrived for the task and found the newcomer waiting to help her.

Meanwhile, Lynne and Janice had a spat over who should collect wood for the campfire.

Lynne branded the model a “brat”, while Janice hit back: “Get off your fat ass and do it.”

She added menacingly: “You know what women do in Papua New Guinea? They wait for other women go to sleep and then they stab them.”

But Lynne later claimed: “I think there is true love between me and Janice. She’s an amazing woman.

“She did get on my nerves, but I really respect her.”

Viewers will drum Katie out of jungle


Katie Hopkins first came to prominence on The Apprentice, the show where Alan Sugar sends middle aged entrepreneurs off to run errands around London shopping centres.

Public Enemy No.1 on that show, the superbitch has wasted no time alienating herself from half of the voting public on I'm A Celebrity by saying she much prefers the company of men to women - as if anyone who had read about her sexploits didn't know already.

Earlier in the year she provoked outrage by having a dig at everyone from fat people to northerners, and anyone called Mavis and Derek.

I fit the bill on only two of those counts. Needless to say, my overweight aunt Mavis dislikes Hopkins with a passion.


So how on earth is she (Hopkins, not Auntie Mavis) going to win over public opinion in the space of a few weeks by wearing a pair of khaki shorts and barking out orders? The short answer is she isn't. Not now they've decided to take viewers' phone votes into account.

That didn't stop a punter in London sticking £2,000 on Hopkins (above) yesterday to become queen of the jungle at 6-1.

That's one bloke who won't be feeling two grand when Hopkins is booted out on her ample backside at the earliest opportunity.

A surprise market leader heading into last night's show was former American model Janice Dickinson, who has reportedly bedded more of Hollywood than Warren Beatty.

The footage on opening night of the Celebrity bungee jumpers perched on the edge of a chopper with just a length of rubber for protection didn't faze her - that's the story of her life.

She's the foghorn-voiced former supermodel who has endured trial after trial and picked endless arguments in I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here!

But Janice Dickinson's troublemaking in the Australian jungle is nothing compared to the chaos she caused as a girl.

Boy-mad Janice was a prolific shoplifter who was sent to a strict convent where the nuns tried, and failed, to tame her wild ways. And that's according to her big sister and her best friend.

In an exclusive interview with the Mirror, Janice's childhood pal Eric Salter reveals how she caused uproar at the strict Little Flower Catholic School - after wreaking havoc in the sleepy seaside town of Hollywood, Florida, in the 1960s.


Eric says: "Putting her in with those kids and nuns was like putting a tiger in with baby chickens. She gave those nuns hell. Her mum sent her there to turn over a new leaf but it didn't work.

"We'd go shoplifting all the time - Janice was a great shoplifter. She used to steal fashion magazines and if she got caught she would blame me, saying I made her do it.

"Janice wasn't stunning at the time but she had boyfriends. We hung around with a lot of troubled kids and she'd always go for the hottest.

"We lived across the street from each other when we were 12. We'd stay up smoking pot and just being crazy, listening to Led Zeppelin. Those times were like hippy heaven for us."

Janice, now a 52-year-old mum-of-two - she has a son Nathan, 20, and a 13-year-old daughter, Savannah - has made no secret of her colourful past.

Her early homelife was hellish. She knew her late father was abusing her older sister Alexis and claims she endured beatings for refusing his perverted advances.

Later, after achieving fame as a model, Janice became trapped in a downward spiral of drugs, plastic surgery, anorexia and alcoholism.

Little wonder that even Eric, now an antiques dealer living in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, says his old pal turned out to be a tricky customer.

He sympathises with her fellow jungle celebs, who include PR guru Lynne Franks, Apprentice superbitch Katie Hopkins and chef John Burton Race - who Janice faced in a Bushtucker trial to eat crocodile *****, among other jungle horrors.

Eric says: "As much as I care for her, I know Janice would be a nightmare to live with full-time. She's so demanding that people get tired of her, so I'm not sure how she'll get on with the rest of the group.

"She's always in high-energy mode and can say cruel things. She is really just like an aggressive gay man.

"Janice was always headstrong and would break the rules. She once told me that a fashion designer had asked her not to mess up the dress she was wearing on a shoot - so she jumped in a fountain in it."

Eric was shocked when his high-maintenance friend agreed to take part in ITV's back-to-basics reality show. But he believes she desperately needs the attention - and the money.

"Janice never saved any money from her modelling," he says. "So I think part of the reason she is doing this is because she needs to. She has a lot of commitments. Plus, she just loves the limelight.

"I could see Janice taking the title as Queen of the Jungle. She could last the distance. The only problem is how long she can last until her next Botox injection. I've seen her when she needs one and things can get very wrinkly."

In her quest for everlasting beauty, three-times married Janice - who claims to have bedded Sly Stallone, Jack Nicholson, Mick Jagger, Warren Beatty and Bruce Willis - has had eye-bags removed, cheek implants, boob jobs and collagen implants. She is such a beauty addict that her older sister is stunned she chose to do a no-frills stint in the jungle.

Alexis, 57, says: "My sister is a total diva and she can survive anywhere. People will see that. Even if they dump a load of slime on her, she'll find a way to use it as a beauty treatment.

"I think the crocodiles should beware if Janice is about - not the other way around!"

I'm A Celebrity star Janice Dickinson is a sex-and drugfuelled wildcat. And that's according to her own sister.

Alexis Mayer says the jungle's "queen of the bitches" had passionate flings with some of the biggest rock and fim stars including Mick Jagger, Sylvester Stallone and Warren Beatty... who tried to seduce her too.

"I feel sorry for the snakes and spiders in the jungle, never mind the contestants stuck there with Janice," says Alexis, 57, whose husband once banned the drugcrazed model from their home. "In her time, Janice has taken on the biggest party animals in New York and Hollywood.

She is already the queen of the jungle."

Janice, 52, has shocked viewers with her bitchy arguments with fellow contestant Lynne Franks and her outlandish claims including: "I'm more famous than the Pope". But Alexis says Janice's outbursts come as no surprise.

They are nothing compared to the wild life she led in New York in the 1970s and 1980s.

"Janice was appearing on the front covers of Vogue, Cosmopolitan and Harper's Bazaar and we hung out in Studio 54 nightclub, which was wild," says Alexis, who is an estate agent in New York nowadays.

"Jack Nicholson, Mick Jagger, Sylvester Stallone and the artist Andy Warhol were always there.

People used to strip and have sex on the balconies and clubbers used to ride on to the dancefloor on motorbikes.

Janice met Mick there. She said he was the best kisser ever, and one of the best lovers she had ever had.

"Afterwards, she said she was warned off Mick by his girlfriend, Jerry Hall. Janice says Jerry told her that she had a gun and knew how to use it. She got the message.

"Drugs were a huge part of the scene then and Janice was already into cocaine and marijuana." As Janice reached the height of her career, she dated stars including Nicholson, John Cusack and Liam Neeson.

"People worship Jack, but Janice said to me, 'Yeah, he was fun, he and I s*****d'. She was so blase. She said Liam was truly blessed but he was still in love with Julia Roberts and upset because they had split up." Alexis tells how Beatty tried to seduce her over a meal while Janice was away modelling. "When the starters arrived he lowered his eyes and said, 'So, are we going to sleep together tonight?' I said, 'No!' Later I told Janice, but she didn't care."

Alexis witnessed the lengths some celebrities would go to in an effort to date her sister. "Bill Cosby from The Cosby Show once called and I listened in. He was begging her to go over to his place." Janice has also said she had a threesome with singer Grace Jones and her then boyfriend, actor Dolph Lundgren. She has also claimed to have had an affair with Woman In Red actress Kelly LeBrock. "Just about anything is possible with Janice. She hasn't told me about threesomes and lesbian relationships, but I doubt there's anything she hasn't done," says Alexis. That "anything" includes being married... three times. In the 1970s there was Ron Levy, who was blues star BB King's piano player. In 1987 she married British film and TV producer Simon Fields and the couple had a son, Nathan, now 20. They divorced in 1993 and Nathan was raised by ex-husband Simon after a bitter custody battle.

"The outcome was a bitter blow to Janice," says Alexis. "It was all down to drink and drugs."

Janice's second child, Savannah, was born in 1994 after she dated film star Sly. "Janice was sure Stallone was the father," says Alexis. "He even left his girlfriend at the time, Jennifer Flavin, to be with her, but DNA showed the baby wasn't his. Janice was shocked."

Janice married nightclub owner Albert Gersten in 1995 - just after losing custody of Nathan. "She was at a low point and Albert cheered her up. But the marriage was doomed. She was feeling insecure and started having plastic surgery. Prescription drugs had also become a problem.

"She also kept turning up at my house drunk or off her head on drugs, demanding liquor. My husband eventually refused to let her in," says Alexis.

"But seven months after the wedding she sorted her life out.

She ended the marriage and signed up to Alcoholics' Anonymous. She's been clean since. In the last few years she's really pulled herself together.

"She's close to Nathan, is a successful photographer and wants to open a restaurant when she's out of the jungle.

"I wish I could watch I'm A Celebrity in the States, It sounds hilarious. But it is a bit unfair that Janice has had to do so many of those damn trials.

"I can't wait to meet her when she comes out and find out all about it."
